1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing Teyza or using Teyza services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you use Teyza for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly tell Teyza if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, pricing, availability and fulfilment of their products and services. Sellers must have the necessary rights to product names, descriptions, images, brands and other content they upload. Teyza may require identity, business, address or other verification before products are published or certain features are enabled.
4. Buyers and transactions
Product listings may be supplied by independent sellers. Unless Teyza expressly states otherwise, the seller is responsible for the goods or services offered, fulfilment, returns and customer commitments. Applicable consumer-protection laws continue to apply.
5. Payments and settlement
Teyza may offer or connect different payment and settlement methods. Fees, processing times, reversals and settlement terms may depend on the selected provider. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their payment and bank details are accurate.
6. Connected sales channels
Teyza may allow sellers to connect services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business. You may only connect accounts and assets you are authorised to manage. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms, policies and availability.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Teyza to commit fraud, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the security of the service, scrape or abuse the platform, or sell goods or services prohibited by applicable law or Teyza policy.
8. Content and licence
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Teyza a limited licence to host, process, display, resize, transmit and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and publish it to channels you select.
9. Suspension and termination
Teyza may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, respond to legal requirements, investigate suspected abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Teyza and request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
10. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform develops, and third-party integrations may be affected by provider changes or outages.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teyza is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, independent seller conduct, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be submitted through the support channel available on teyza.co.za.
