WORK EVIDENCE PRIVACY · 29 OCTOBER 2026

Your work evidence,
handled privately.

Teyza uses this information to review shop onboarding work, prevent duplicate claims and administer once-off commissions. This notice supplements the Teyza privacy policy.

What the work portal records

Your agent profile, contact details, home or working address and working area; your ID/passport number, encrypted identity document and CV for recruitment review; team-recorded shop names, addresses and on-site locations; the shop name and address you supply; shop and in-shop selfie images; device-reported coordinates, accuracy and capture time; owner confirmations; review decisions; and related commission and verified payment references.

Camera and location permissions

You choose when to open the camera and capture your location for a visit. The portal does not continuously track your location. Obtain permission from the shop owner and anyone visible in the frame. Photographs and GPS are reviewed as evidence; this portal does not perform facial recognition or claim that device evidence proves identity or presence.

Who can see it

Approved agents can see team-recorded shop leads and nearby Teyza shop business details. Agents see their own visit progress and contact details. Authorised Teyza reviewers can open private work photos and location information for review. Authorised HR reviewers can inspect ID/passport details and CVs for application decisions. Shop owners confirm their own visit attribution. Agent selfies are not published to shoppers. Bank-account and identity details entered for a mandate are private to the shop-owner flow and authorised administration.

Storage and retention

Private shop-visit photos are encrypted before storage and scheduled for removal after 90 days. Recruitment ID/passport and CV evidence is encrypted and scheduled for removal after 180 days, with regular cleanup. Visit decisions, owner attribution and accounting references are retained separately to administer the relationship and resolve disputes. Images are not included in the public directory or public page metadata.

Consent, corrections and support

Camera submission requires consent. You can stop using the portal or contact support about access, correction, withdrawal and deletion requests. Requests remain subject to applicable retention duties and legitimate dispute handling. Contact support@teyza.co.za.

Google Maps and address search

Nearby Google results and address suggestions are provided by Google Maps. Their use is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy. Google results may be incomplete. Team-recorded shop details are supplied separately by agents.

Owner mandate and payment

The shop owner enters and signs their own R99 membership mandate. Signing records authorisation; collection still requires provider activation and any bank authentication. This work portal does not send commission transfers or initiate debit-order collections.
